PROJECT EDSA
Eating Disorder Support & Awareness

Our Mission
EDSA is a youth-led organization building peer support communities for students impacted by eating disorders. In partnership with the National Association of Anorexia Nervosa & Associated Disorders, we unite the power of shared stories on our online platform with the connection of in-person chapters to create meaningful support both online and on campus.

Fewer than 10% of schools offer specialized eating disorder resources, leaving millions of students to navigate their struggles alone.

EDSA was founded by a student who lived this reality and decided to build what she couldn't find: a community where students could find strength and understanding in each other's stories.

Today, through a partnership with ANAD, we bring national support to students and schools across the world, ensuring no student ever has to face recovery alone.

School-Based
Chapters
Our chapters are the heart of our mission, turning awareness into action.
These student-led teams bring education, support, and awareness directly into the schools and communities they lead.

Your Voice,
Your Story
Our storytelling initiatives provide a platform for individuals to share their personal stories, fostering a sense of community, reducing stigma, and reminding students that they are not alone in their experiences.

Our Resource Library is the foundation of our educational mission, providing free and accessible information on mental health and media literacy. It contains our collection of evidence-based articles, toolkits, and guides designed to help students understand complex topics.
