Our Team
We are a global, youth-led movement building school-based systems for eating disorder support. Our team of students and youth advocates works to create evidence-based resources, run peer-led workshops, and build a community where every student's voice is heard.

Diya Mankotia
Founder and Executive Director
Diya is a mental health advocate and dedicated researcher from Austin, TX. Through her own anorexia nervosa journey, she understands the lack of eating disorder support students receive at school. Determined to change that, she founded Project EDSA to close the programming gap in schools and integrate evidence-based prevention for early intervention.

Michelle Ye
Co-Founder and COO
Michelle is a youth changemaker and mental health advocate from the Bay Area. Through her own experiences with body image struggles as a dancer, she understands the stigma that prevents students from seeking help. Motivated, she co-founded Project EDSA to ensure that no youth has to navigate their struggles alone.
